Depending on the size and weight of your order, we will use our carrier to deliver your order. We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days, and expedited shipping, which typically takes 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and our carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. We strive to keep our shipping rates as affordable as possible while still ensuring that your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within Zimbabwe. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track your order and see its delivery progress. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues
