Warranties and Returns

At Solar District, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality solar products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes products may need to be returned or may have issues, so we have developed the following warranties and returns policy to address these situations.

Warranty Information

All of our solar products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The length of the warranty varies depending on the product and the manufacturer. Please refer to the product listing for specific warranty information. If a product is defective within the warranty period, we will work with the manufacturer to replace or repair the product. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@solardistrict.co.zw, and we will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item to report the issue. We will work with you to either replace or repair the item, depending on the situation. If the item is defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return

• Installed solar panels
• Solar panels that have been removed from their original packaging
